House Restortation Award, Shanghai

The Shanghai arm of JPM Projects, JPM Production Shanghai undertook managed the restoration of this heritage listed building to create a unique family home. While maintaining the original antiquity of the historic building, which was the home of many famous Chinese men, this home was transformed into a trendy, modern house. With more than 100 years’ history preserved, the restoration conformed to the original spirit of building. This is only 1 or 6 similar housing development projects in Shanghai undertaken by JPM.
